During the training, we will go over the basics of sprinting and the differences with running. Some of the fundamentals can be applied directly and will improve your speed instantaneously.

After some basic drill explaining proper technique, we will work on the start, acceleration and running on top speed.

This will all be done with attention for personal running style and where possible, with attention for your sport and how the drills and techniques transfer to the field, to track or the gym.
