Natalia

“In 2006, I joined the fitness world as any other client because my lifestyle needed a change. I stepped into a gym and I just started trying different kinds of trainings, searching for one that fits me. The branch that attracted me the most was aerobics and, after I found it, the gym became my second home. I chose aerobics because it was motivating, it was energizing and, after practicing it for a while, I could see results and not only on my body. I always left the gym with a big smile and eager to learn more.

That’s why, in 2011, I decided to become an instructor myself and I started teaching various types of classes: toning, combat, functional training, circuit training, rebound. Today, I want to help people bring the same change in their lives. I enjoy teaching, guiding and motivating my clients towards a healthy lifestyle.

My goal? Help you jump, roll, run, crunch, lounge and squat through life with open arms and a big smile on your face!”

Evelien

Evelien is the founder and owner of Luv2Move. She started as a little girl with classical ballet and then practiced many different dance styles. At the age of 15 she was already in charge of the street dance classes and after nearly 20 years of experience as dance & group fitness instructor, she is now working as a presenter and master trainer. She gave world-class instructor training & master classes to Booiaka. With several hip hop teams, some of whom are under her leadership, they have already won several awards.

In 2013 she produced her own dance fitness concert; Luv2Move in concert. After a few years as a freelance dancer for Entertainment Matters in Amsterdam (from Sneakerz Muzik) Evelien has begun her own dance workout studio; Luv2Move. Now you can join her weekly in her self-developed popping workouts or with one of the famous dance programs!

“Dancing workouts is what I’m supposed to do!” Dancing together with the participants, I feel the best and I can best give myself to others. No past, no future .. just be. It’s great to be able to share this with others and enjoy movement, music and fun together for an hour. That people return to my classes every week and gladly leave the door is always a gift for me. “

Luiza

My story in the sport world started at an early age ( ~7 years old) when I started to practice gymnastics. After 6 years of gymnastics, it followed ice skating, a little bit of volleyball, a little bit of swimming, dancing, climbing and finally fitness and group lessons classes.

At one stage in my life, I asked myself: ” What would I like the most to do in my life, that I enjoy so much that I don’t even feel when the time is passing by. And somehow the answer came: sharing the passion for moving on the music, on the best music hits and sharing lots of energy and getting fit. So slowly I started to do courses and workshops to become: fitness trainer, aerobics instructor, zumba instructor, step instructor and finally Kangoo Jumps instructor. The road was bumpy, but the passion much bigger than any obstacle. And now I am able to share with you this passion on OktoberFit Festival.

My main goal is to make you feel welcome in the class, disregarding your fitness level, to go together through the journey to health, good fitness level and happiness with its ups and downs.

See you on the 29th of October!

Jeroen

Hey, my name is Jeroen and I’m 19 years old. I study technical medicine at the UT and live on campus. Pole fitness has become one of the things I enjoy the most in a week. Having basic gymnastic skills I was able to learn a lot of moves on the pole, in a short amount of time. I am a Pole fitness trainer at the UT sports centre and together with Jasmijn we are giving lessons on Friday evening. Come join us so that we can help you do awesome things, getting the same enjoyment that we do!

Tina

Dancing has always played a major part in the live of Tina. At the age of 5 she started with Jazz. In her teens she started with Streetdance and in no time at all she was training at the highest level. Full of enthusiasm and commitment she was dancing, for 6 years, in the demo team of the Sport Studio. During her internship at the Dutch Dance Theatre in The Hague with classical and modern dance. In 2007 she moved to South-Africa for her Master Study during which she took ballet classes. This proved not to be the type of dancing for her and upon return to The netherlands, in 2010, she took interest in Pilates and Body&Mind classes. Looking for a more active type of dancing she took classes in Booiaka at Luv2Move. And through Luv2Move she came in contact with VeraFlow.

In her own words: “I have finally found the type of dancing that fits me. Moving while working on balance, as well as myself. Exploring the possibilities of my body is always a moment of happiness.” Tina is the VeraFlow expert at Luv2Move and het lessons are magic.
“Dancing has always been a major part of my live. Dancing for me, and many others, is the moment when you can express pleasure in your movements instead of with words. It is a moment of tranquility, no matter how active you are. When I’m dancing it is like a moment just for myself, like nothing else exists. This is what VeraFlow is for me! I grant it to everyone and would like to share it with anyone open for it. With VeraFlow I want to give you a moment for yourself, to be happy with yourself and to let go the daily routines and troubles. Live is not about work, worrying and expectations. It is about you! VeraFlow will help you to take distance and give you peace. Peace in combination with nice movements. Who would not want that?”

Samanta

Samanta is italian and she moved to The Netherlands in 2013. At the age of 10, after doing a lot of different sports, she came in contact with dance. This turned out to be it! Her passion! She started with Hip Hop, but soon came to the conclusion that this was not enough. In order to improve her technique she also started taking classes in modern Jazz. At ‘Aries centro danza e pilates’, in Verona, she danced for many years. Also in the demo group, with whom she won several prices. As a dancer she was fortunate to dance in one of most beautiful open air theaters in Verona: the ‘Teatro Romano’.

In order learn more skills and moves Samanta took different classes: ballet, salsa, bachata, boogie and Italian folklore dancing. Everything concerning music and dance had her interest. This is how, in 2014, she got to Luv2Move. A place in The Netherlands where she felt at home and where she could continue with her passion. A place where she found a second family away from home, so she would not miss her home and family as much./p>

After a while Samanta became part of the Luv2Move Academy and started as a Booiaka Instructor. With this she became the official “substitute-groupie-shadower”. With her passion and enthusiasm Samanta was part of the Luv2Move crew without actually teaching classes. But finally the time has come. Who would have thought so? Samanta is ready to shine on her own with a program that combines her passion for rock music and dance. POUND! Curious? You should be! Come and join and see for yourself.

“When I saw the movie ‘Billy Elliot’ for the first time (back in 2001) it made me see the impact that dance had on me. I had been dancing my whole life, but had never been able to express what dance was for me. Like this movie, because that is how I feel when I am dancing. I’m quite busy in life and mind, but when I dance it is a moment when I can truly let everything go and forget. That is the feeling I hope to share with you through Luv2Move. Because it feels GOOD and everyone should have that feeling!

Sebastiaan

For over 25 years, I have been an athlete and participating in all kinds of competitions. The greatest benefit of athletics for me is being able to always compare my performance and improving on a personal level.

In my younger years, I competed in all events, and for the past 15 years I have been focusing on sprinting. Which resulted for me in a nice career, both on a national and international level. Besides being an athlete, I have also been a trainer and coach for the more than 15 years. It gives me great satisfaction to help people improve their performance, for athletics, but also for other sports (like football, badminton and hockey)

So, give it a try and see how fast you can go!

Koen

I have always been intrigued by sports and have, and still am, practices a variety of sports. Since 4 years I work in the sport center of the University of Twente next to my doctoral studies. I got a degree as fitness coach and have followed additional courses from i.e. Technogym and LifeFitness Next to giving group lessons as bootcamp, circuit training and spinning, I am working in the gym as fitness coach. I like to work with a group but I also love to work one on one and give personal advise. I am driven to give you the best possible instruction both physically but also emotionally. Hence, in my view, lessons should also be fun! I try to treat every lesson as it is my first, so to keep lessons vivid and spontaneous. I am happy to share my experience and passion with you at the OktoberFit Festival.

Linda

Linda started at her 12th with street dance lessons, one year later she stood by herself for the group and found her passion. Since the arrival of Zumba®, Linda has grown into Latin dance such as salsa and merengue. Now, besides street dance, she also provides workshops throughout the country. Streetdance is her great passion and she has won several prizes with several hip-hop teams, including 1st place at HAFF’s NK. At Luv2Move, Linda has contributed to the development of Dansation and she Additionally Booiaka & Zumba.

“Dancing classes is a way for me to release my energy and, at the same time, I receive so much energy from the people who dance with me. Dancing yourself is fantastic, but dancing together, learning to fit and then performing it as one is great. I give me a huge kick. The most beautiful thing about dancing is that everyone can stop their own energy and flow and create something beautiful together. “

Karin

From an early age I have always been able to sport, I can’t imagine a life without sport. As a child I have been doing athletics for a long time. Later I walked to the long distance until I came to a small gym once and participated in a group lesson. I found this to be wonderful and then switched to following different classes. During these lessons I was approached with the question whether I did not want to teach myself. I have followed several courses and have been teaching several lessons for some time: Power, Battle, B-Kick, X-Core and BRN. I like to stand in front of the group and motivate the people to go. I think sporting is not a must but a delicious exhaust valve, emptying your head and then moving on with new energy. The fun content in my lesson is high. After my class they are tired, satisfied and leave the hall with a big smile. Teaching gives me energy and is my passion.

Manon

She decided to take Zumba classes in order to lose some weight. Once she was seized by the dance virus she changed from an insecure girl into a confident woman. It soon turned out that Manon had talent. She was trained within the Luv2Move Academy and started to teach classes herself. In the program ‘STRONG by Zumba’ she has found her passion. Full of energy and power!

“As a child I never really knew what I liked and I never did sports. But then I found Luv2Move and my passion for dancing on music.”

Jasmijn

From an early age I was intrigued by dancing and sports. To keep my body in shape, I went to the gym on a regular basis. Being very active I got the opportunity to teach others. This has been a great challenge. It gave me the motivation to obtain several certificates! After each and every group session I have a big smile and feel so happy and satisfied. I would love others to get this feeling as well. At the moment I am teaching Zumba and Pole Fitness, at the University of Twente.

My goal is to help people forget about their worries and to put a big smile on their faces 😃!
