Spinning a cycling class that varies the intensity, frequency and body position during the class.

The class is constructed from 4 parts: adjusting, warming up, the main activity and cool-down. A class aiming to build strength, resistance to strength and resisting strength. There are three fundamental forms of strength: Maximal Strength, Resisting Strength, Fast or Rapid Strength. In this class you’ll go through all this forms keeping your heart rate between 75% and over 85% of the theoretical maximum heart rate by using all spinning group techniques.
